First of all, this requires every single related skill MAXED to be as effective as follows. I like to screw around in QuickFit to create the most broken legitimate ships possible through officer mods... and here I have stumbled onto the most broken ship possibility I have ever considered that wasn't some obvious bug with QuickFit. Clearly, I don't have this setup - but in theory, if QuickFit's calculations are correct, it should work.
High: 6x Drone Control Unit I
Mid: 5x Chelm's Modified Cap Recharger (Hey, I already said this was impractical as all hell :P)
Low: 3x Chelm's Modified Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane (I reiterate - impractical for all but the richest and luckiest) 4x Capital Armor Repairer I
Rigs: 2x Auxiliary Nano Pump I 1x Nanobot Accelerator I
Drones: 26 Fighters of your choice
With absolute max skills, as I said above, this will regenerate a whopping 50784 armor per 19.13 seconds. This results in a ridiculous 2654.679 armor repaired per second, on average. This is not all, however!
With the three adaptive membranes, specifically Chelm's, the armor explosive resistance reaches 70.53%, kinetic/thermal reach 78.72%, and EM reaches 86.9%! What does this mean? It means that this beast can tank 9008.073 explosive damage per second, 12474.995 kinetic/thermal per second, and 20264.725 EM damage per second.
Now you want to know... "just how long can this be sustained?" Well friends... it can be sustained FOREVAH! That's right. See those five Cap Rechargers in the mid slots? Those aren't feeble attempts at trying to compensate for the enormous capacitor sucker that is the set of armor repairers. The capacitor total is 84375 units. Its regen time is 353.33 seconds. What does this mean? This means that its peak regeneration is an inredible 585 per second. The armor repairers consume a "mere" 501 per second. Not only does this allow for indefinite sustenance of your tank, but it also allows for a few nos-happy battleships to steal your abundant capacitor energy and still maintain it indefinitely.
But ZOMG it must have bad DPS right? HELL no. Those twenty-six (26) fighters you picked? Well, with maxed skills those do 150 DPS each. Hmm... let's calculate this. 26 x 150 = 3900. Holy christ. No shortage of DPS there! It probably does close to a siege-mode Dreadnought, without all that pesky 100% movement speed penalty or stationary-targets-only stuff.
I cannot think of a more impossibly broken setup than this Mothership. As you can see, it has a tank that would outlast 10-20 people unloading on it. Said tank can last forever if left unmolested. And it also delivers INCREDIBLE DPS for one ship. Truly, THIS is the real Doomsday Weapon. Titans don't have **** on this.
Well, aside from wiping out a fleet of battleships in one shot but still... >_> That's only once every hour. :P
